An offsite follow-up survey completed April 11, 2022 found that Lehigh Valley Home Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted February 24, 2022.
